Have you ever felt like you were just existing? You had all these expectations of what life would be like at a certain age and it's just not. Have you continuously asked yourself, “What am I doing?” “What is my life about?” I have, plenty of times! And still do to this day. So, how do you move past this? When do we stop chasing dreams and start accepting the present? That is not to say you should stop striving for better, but when is it time to stop trying to control everything in your life? When is it time to just give it to God? If you're in control and nothing is going right, why not ask Him to take the wheel? What do you have to lose? It will be uncomfortable at times, but His promises for your life will be well worth it.
I have a story to tell and I'm ready to share it. This is the beginning of a lifelong enlightenment journey. I am in no rush... And for those of you who are, I suggest you pray for patience, because you are going to need it.
So, welcome to the beginning of my journey and hopefully the start of yours. I hope you enjoy the ride.
