I apologize that I haven't been updaing my blog like I should. I went on a mini vacay to Dallas to visit some family and relax. I had a very great time, more importantly I learned a lot about myself and other things too.
I was emerged into a vegeterian enviornment without any transportation. I ended up loving this new lifestyle. I found creative ways to cook and I notice a positive difference in my physicality. I am now an official part time vegetarian. I am going to start sharing some recipes with you as I go through this journey. I also will research the benefits of the ingredients I use. I can't wait to share. In the mean time enjoy these pics from my vacay.
Always, T
How challenging and cool!
